Call patching through is like having a real secretary. Calls are answered by one of our trained staff and then swiftly relayed to you. Your caller believes that you have a friendly, efficient and polite secretary. In order to use call patching through you do need to select one of either our telephone only or combined mail forwarding and telephone answering options. The cost to you is the telephone answering package cost and the cost of the call once it is put through to you, charged at normal BT rates.
