is also possible to collect the mail, have it scanned and emailed

pay for the postage charges plus a 10p per item handling fee. A
£20 deposit is required from which postage charges will be deducted.
You will be asked to replenish this deposit at certain intervals
depending on your usage.

telephone answering service puts your calls in capable hands. Our
trained receptionists answer the phone and deal with each call according
to your instructions.
Messages
taken can be emailed or sent as a text message to your mobile phone.
Our telephone answering service also paves the way to enhanced options
such as call patching through and our receptionists providing details
of your products and services to your callers.
In
selecting your service you need to estimate the number of phone
call minutes you expect to use in a month. Your selected service then
covers you for that volume of calls. Additional calls not covered
by your service level are charged at 75p per minute. All quoted
prices include your monthly telephone line rental.
