of the benefits of the two separate items together. Mail received on your behalf is catalogued and sent out to you on the day it is received. It is also possible to collect the mail, have it scanned and emailed or faxed to you. You pay for the postage charges plus a 10p per item handling fee. A £20 deposit is required from which postage charges will be deducted. You will be asked to replenish this deposit at certain intervals depending on your usage. The telephone divert service can seamlessly divert calls from your This Is Your Office number to a landline or mobile phone anywhere in Europe and beyond. This is ideal where you wish to present a city of London based office, but have your own telephone answering facilities elsewhere. The amount which you are charged for the call will depend on the call destination and duration. All quoted prices include your monthly telephone line rental. We ask that you pay a small deposit to cover the cost of the diverted calls. The deposit may be adjusted to reflect the volume of traffic and length of calls diverted.
