Holiday Cover Plus makes sure your phones are answered when you are away...

Whether you are going away on a business trip or on a well deserved holiday,
it is imporant that your clients are still able to reach your company by phone,
even if you cannot answer it yourself.

Our Holiday Cover Plus, telephone answering services allow your clients to
do just that.  Your calls will be answered in your own Company name, messages will then be taken and sent to you by e-mail or SMS to your mobile.

The fee is fixed at just £15 per week - there are no additional costs for
sending any of your messages or for high volumes of calls.  We don't even charge you for the text messages!

All you have to do is sign up in advance for the week(s) of cover you need and provide us with some contact details so we can get your messages to you.

Leave your calls to us - rest assured that your phones are being answered
and messages are being taken.

How it works

We will provide you with a unique phone number which you need to divert your calls to when you go away. You may be able to set up the divert from your own handset, or you may need to call your phone line provider to arrange this.

The Small Print

To ensure that your service is set up in time, please sign up at least 3 working days before you go away.
Holiday Cover Plus telephone answering services must be purchased for a minimum of one week and can be purchased for up to 4 weeks of cover. Calls are answered in your company name during office hours only (9:00 - 17:30), Monday to Friday.
This Christmas and New Year period, our office will at 1PM on the 22nd and 23rd of December and be fully closed from the 24th, reopening on the 28th of December.  The offices will however also be closed on the 2nd of January.  For this reason, cover will not be available during these times.
