Whether away on business or taking a much needed holiday, it is important that your business keeps going when you are not there to answer the phone.

Our Holiday Cover Basic telephone answering services enables you to have
all calls answered as 'Reception' - messages taken and sent to you by e-mail.

The fee is fixed at just £10 +VAT per week - there are no additional costs for sending across your messages to you, or for high call volumes.

Just sign up in advance for week(s) cover you need and provide us with some contact details. After all, we still need to get those messages to you.

You can leave your calls with us - rest assured that your phones will be manned while you are away - messages taken and sent to you.

How it works

We will provide you with a unique phone number which you need to divert your calls to when you go away. You may be able to set up the divert from your own handset, or you may need to call your phone line provider to arrange this.

The Small Print

To ensure that your service is set up in time, please sign up at least 3 working days before you go away.
Holiday Cover Basic telephone answering services must be purchased for a minimum of one week and can be purchased for up to 4 weeks of cover. Calls are answered during office hours only (9:00 - 17:30), Monday to Friday.
This Christmas and New Year period, our office will at 1PM on the 22nd and 23rd of December and be fully closed from the 24th, reopening on the 28th of December.  The offices will however also be closed on the 2nd of January.  For this reason, cover will not be available during these times.
