- Who are This Is Your Office?
This Is Your Office are providers of professional UK virtual offices and are based in London. The business is part of The Made Simple Group, which was set up by Westbury Chartered Accountants, also situated in the City of London. This Is Your Office was started in July 2002 to build on the efficient infrastructure which existed within the accountancy practice and is run by a dedicated team of virtual office staff.
- Your virtual office mail forwarding facilities start from £15. Are there any other fees for this service?
The cost of sending mail to you is charged at normal post office rates. In additional there is a 10 pence administrative fee per postal item. Parcels carry an administration fee of £5 per item.
On setting up services with us a postage deposit is automatically setup with a balance of £20. The costs of sending post to you (as detailed above) will be deducted from this deposit as and when post is sent out.
- When will my faxes be sent to me?
Our fax forwarding service sends faxes out instantly. We can also send faxes on your behalf either on an infrequent basis or as part of a targeted marketing campaign. There are additional charges for these services. Please contact us for details.
- What are the charges for setting up a UK virtual office?
None whatsoever. We do not charge any setup fees
- If I sign up today when will my virtual office be ready?
On receiving payment your service may be fully functional within one day. Depending on the services you have requested, it may take a little longer before your virtual office is fully set up. We do however aim to get all services up and running within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- How are telephone answering service messages sent?
Telephone messages left by your callers are sent to you within minutes of us receiving the call. Typically, the messages will be sent to your email address. They can also be transmitted as text messages to your phone or you can pick up the main content of the message from our secure website. These options are dependent on the services you purchase.
- Can you divert calls to my own phone?
We offer extensive call divert services. Telephone calls can be diverted to any landline or mobile phone anywhere in the world.
- Can you send mail from my virtual office to my customers on my behalf?
We can offer full marketing administration services, be this the sending of literature to potential customers requesting your brochure or a general mail shot to targeted audiences. For a quote please contact us.
- Are there any hidden charges for your mail forwarding?
We do not believe in hidden charges as this often erodes trust with our client. You will only pay the charges stated in question 2 above.
- When will I receive my post?
With mail forwarding from the London EC1 virtual office, you can tell us how often to send your mail to you. You can decide whether you want it as it arrives, weekly or whether you want to collect it. You can also have it scanned and e-mailed to you. With our London W1 address, post is forwarded as soon as it is received.
- Can I change my mail forwarding details?
Yes. We do not render a fee for this. Simply let us know what the change is.
- What are the costs for using your meeting rooms?
We charge £120 per day, £80 per half day and £20 for one hour. Reduced rates are offered for meeting rooms if this option is selected during sign up.
- When should I let you know that I need a meeting room?
We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible. All requests we receive irrespective of notice given will be accommodated as far as we are able.
- Is internet access available?
Yes please specify the requirement at the time of booking.
- Are there coffee facilities available?
Yes
- Can I terminate my virtual office?
We do not charge any exit fees. Should you wish to cancel your services simply inform us. We just require one month's notice. Once your last payment has been made, you will need to cancel your WorldPay account to ensure that no further automated payments are processed.
- Will you charge me for cancelling my account?
No. We do however ask that you give us a full month's notice.
- Can we inspect your meeting rooms?
Yes. Just inform us of your planned time of arrival. One of our staff will be happy to show you around.
- What other non UK virtual office services can you provide?
We can provide company formation, accountancy, payroll and other related services to all of our clients.
